Has anyone heard of Confident Attic Sale confidentatticsale.com ? Any good experiences or bad ones?

I want to buy a car on ebay and the seller asked to complete the transaction thru CAS. He is a power seller with a feedback score more than 1000. I've talked to him over telephone and this is the only way he can close this deal.There is involved a lot of money and i want to be sure the service is legit, Can I trust him with this?
